It should not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.One IP and one system should be used for the completion of entire 5000 forms.Attending atleast one meeting in a month is compulsory and not optional.Daily update of work report to the freelancer support number/Email-id is mandatory.Support reply will take 24-48 hours.Payout Related *Payout will be released only after completion of 5000 forms.Payout will be made only if the 5000 forms are correct.Training fee will be refunded only after completion of 5000 forms and only if those 5000 forms are correct.Training fee or work payout wont be made if the freelancer quits the work before completion of 5000 forms.Training fee or work payout wont be made if the account gets Deleted/ Banned.Penalties for not updating the work updates *Account will be suspended for 2 days if work reports are not sent on daily basis as a warning for the first time.Account will be suspended for 7 days if work reports are not sent on daily basis for the second time.Account will be terminated if the same mistake is repeated for the third time Penalties for Missing MeetingPenalties for Missing Meeting *Meetings are mandatory and skipping meeting will lead to 30 days account suspension for the first time.Account will be closed and no refund will be made if meetings are skipped for the second time.Conditions regarding the quality of work *If mistakes are detected in the work for the first time then freelancer will have to attend the training again. He or she wont be allowed to continue the work untill the second round training is completed.Freelancer will be allowed to post new forms only after correcting the previous mistakes.If mistakes are found second time then freelancer will have to create a new username and start the work from zero.Kindly read the below points very carefully in order to avoid Legal conflicts *Abusing Support staffs.Misusing company data.Sharing the username and password to third parties.Leave & change of device/IP Address *If leaves are taken for more than 30 days with out informing to HR then that account will be deleted. Freelancer will not be allowed to continue the work and refund of training fee and the work payout also wont be madeUsername is valid for Only one year. If the work is not complete within one year then freelancer wont be qualified for refund of training fee and the work payout.Freelancer must get approval from HR before changing the the device or internet. If many device or IPs detected then account will get deleted without any notice.Work delays *All Sundays are considered as maintenance day. Work may not be provided for that day. Notice will be issued through work groups regarding the same.Network or server related issues are expected atleast once in a month.
